Munjari

Munjari provides tools that will allow almost anyone to put their ideas online.

In technical terms, our goal is to make building database applications easy for the average computer user — bringing structured data to a level of accessibility equal to that enjoyed by email and web sites today. The non-technical introduction is a great place to learn more.

Making it Look Easy

There are many factors involved in bringing databases to the web. Many are non-trivial and daunting even for an advanced user or developer. It is these hurdles that prevent even seasoned webmasters from taking their content to the next level. In particular, they are:

  • Setup of web and database servers
  • Installation and configuration of software
  • Possible change of internet service provider (ISP)
  • Middleware (e.g. Perl, PHP) programming
  • Data Migration

Since Munjari takes care of all of this "housekeeping", a user can begin working on content and structure immediately. Even web developers capable of doing all of the chores listed above will be happy to get their work done faster.

Making it Look Good

Without further effort, web applications created with Munjari are well-designed in both appearance and usability. Since appearance is extremely important for identification, Munjari applications are also easily customizable — all without requiring a deep knowledge of web programming.
